“Magic! Having my wedding here at A Simple Affair was just that- magical. Planning a wedding is not easy and their team does their absolute best to make your vision come to life. They’re there for you via text, email, or phone call to answer any idea you may have for your special day. The day of my wedding the team and my family worked together to transform the area into my little romantic vision. The space fit my wedding party of 75, a Dj, alive band, a Photo Booth, open bar, appetizer table, and a dessert table. "

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

No, we do not allow outside alcohol in our venue due to our liquor licensing. A Simple Affair must staff the bar and supply the alcohol. We have various bar package options and are always happy to customize where we can if you aren’t seeing something that you want for your event.

Does your center have storage to store our items after the event?

No, to ensure that items are safe for your event, we ask that you bring them at the start of your time block and take them with you at the end of your event. We do have an ensuite available for storage during your event time.

Can we hang items in your building?

We do not allow clients to hang items in the venue, but we are happy to do it for you for a small fee. Ask us about your hanging items before your event!

Do you offer catering?

While A Simple Affair does not have a full-service kitchen or in-house caterer, we do outsource menu options and can provide all catering needs through our Main Affair and Ultimate Affair packages. Our packages are 100% customizable, so let us know what you’re looking for and we will build something perfect for you!

How close to the event can I book?

We always recommend booking your date as soon as you’re set on the venue since our dates book up quickly. We can accommodate last minute bookings based on availability and are happy to do so! If your event date is sooner than three weeks out, please inquire with us directly to check availability and begin your planning process.

How much will it cost to reserve my date?

We collect a 10% signing deposit to guarantee your date!
